Account Management
LTP is seeking experienced Account Managers
to develop, lead and be part of a world-class account and professional
services team.
Learning Account Managers are responsible
for delivery of LTP's projects and managing and maintaining excellent
relationships with LTP Customers; they handle multiple accounts.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for setting up the
project and over-seeing the day-to-day management of an implementation
team consisting of LTP and/or 3rd party Consultants. Client relationship
management, pre- and post-sales account development, and quality
assurance are key project deliverables, mentoring of team members
as well as issue resolution, risk management and scope management
are all part of the
Account Manager's role. Additionally, you will work with our Sales
and Business Development functions to conduct discovery calls
with potential clients and then develop proposals including estimating
and planning the work. Cross-selling and up selling into an account
and expanding LTP's product and services sales in an account will
be a key expectation from the person fulfilling this role.
Customer Support
LTP is seeking technically oriented support
personnel to provide an interface to the customers and act as
the first point of contact for technical issues. Provide product
training to customers. Involves a certain level of technical support
on problem resolution and root cause investigation.
